Placing or Changing Your Order
We accept orders by phone (212.346.9544) or by email . Our fax machine is notoriously unreliable and we never seem to get our mail, so email and phone is the way to go.
All orders are subject to inventory availability and are usually processed within 2 – 3 days of receipt. If you are in any rush to get your wine, please call us.
Any order that has not yet left the store can be modified. Please call us immediately if you want to make a change.
Deliveries and Shipping
Deliveries in Manhattan below Canal Street are free.
Elsewhere in Manhattan, delivery is free with a minimum pre-tax order of $175. In Brooklyn, the minimum is $200. For orders below these minimums, there is a $15 delivery fee for Manhattan and $20 for Brooklyn.
Outside of these areas, we use Fedex Ground as the default shipping method. Shipping costs will appear in your shopping card before your order is processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Utah.

Terms, Conditions & Shipping Policy
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing your order with Frankly Wines, you have represented that you are at least 21 years old. All shipments of wine must be signed for by an adult over the age of 21.
Any wine sold to you from Frankly Wines is sold in New York and title passes to you, the buyer, in New York. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. In the case of shipments outside New York State, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations or tax requirements rests with the customer. If we are unable to ship to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest that shipping be arranged to a direct-shipping friendly state. Return Policy
New York State law only permits us to accept the return of goods that are defective; for such returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, refund the purchase amount to a credit card, or issue a store credit. Don’t be shy – if the bottle is off, we want to know.
Case Discounts
We offer a 10% discount on every order of 12 bottles or more. This applies to all still wines not already on sale and many of our sparkling wines.
Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates in any denomination from $1 to whatever. Standard amounts are available here, but if you don’t see the amount you want, call or email us and we’ll whip one up.
Privacy Policy
We will never sell your information or give it to any other party, period.
