I've divided the course up among 8 cards that you can pass around to your guests. The cards encourage everyone to participate. The cards are numbered, so you know which order to go in. Each person will read what's on the card, and then you taste the associated wine. There's no long boring lecture to get through, you'll be tasting wine within the first 5 minutes! The back of the card has all my tasting notes on it, so you can taste the wines with each other, use the flavor and aroma cards to guess and write down what you think the wine is like on the tasting notes sheets, and then check my tasting notes on the back of the card for reference.
